You can’t make delicious confections without a chef, and we’ve got one of the best. Our Director of Culinary, Dave Owens, spent over a decade as the Chief Chocolatier and Vice President of Taste at Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatier before joining the team at Proper.

We source the finest European chocolates, the most flavorful real fruit purees from around the globe (no artificial flavors—just as the honey bee craves), and our own premium Proper Cannabis. At our state of the art facility in St. Louis, we cultivate premium cannabis, process it in our in-house lab, then pass it on to our culinary team.
